Spark to Embark is a professional Global organization that focuses on organizations and individuals to uplift their hidden potentials and to reach excellence in their journey in the Market Place.   

An organization may struggle due to lack of competencies of their employees or lack of positioning in the Market Place as a well-known employer.   On the other hand, an individual may struggle due to low capacities, fear, doubt, and low self-esteem, which they would struggle throughout their lives.     

Additionally, an organization may struggle to position or to strategize their CSR Projects to elevate the Market Positioning of the business.

How it all began

An Authentic Idea converted into an Actionable Passion

Spark to Embark is the epitome of an authentic idea converting into an action by a passionate person.   The lockdown period of 03 months in 2020 in Sri Lanka was very crucial for every citizen.   

During this period when everything came to a standstill, the enthusiasm of completing a leadership task was born in the heart of the Founder of Spark to Embark, Dilrukshi Rajapakse.    

Dilrukshi is a Human Resource Professional who is actively involved in the Market Place as an HR Practitioner, International Accredited Corporate Trainer (UK), HR Consultant, and a Visiting Lecture.       The authentic idea was birth initially activated to complete an impending leadership project and at the inception, the Spark to Embark emphasized on Igniting Hidden Potentials among Youth and promoting their hidden potentials to be converted into an entrepreneurial idea.  Therefore, at the inception Spark to Embark introduced a different logo which eventually elevated to cater to a larger stakeholder.

We aired the Spark to Embark panel discussion via ART TV station and you can enjoy the panel discussion here.

Thereafter, the authentic concept was elevated to support Individuals and Organizations to Ignite their Hidden Potentials.  Therefore, to capture the Global connectivity, Spark to Embark launched a revamped logo which represents different segmentations in a society.

Spark to Embark is moving dimensions into a Global responsibility to ignite Hidden Potentials and to Impact, Influence and Inspire the stakeholders to reach excellence.   Let it be organizational requirement of developing capacities/skills of their staff, individuals who require assistance to develop their skills, organizations who requires strategic directions with their unique Corporate Sociate Responsibility Projects or it could be any community that requires an impactful global platform to uplift their skills to stand-alone; Spark to Embark will be the helping hand to take our stakeholders forward.
